Carried out by expert technicians, who will follow the engine throughout its Brushless “journey”, up to the final delivery, assisted by a technical sheet that can be consulted by the customer.
We are able to carry out mechanical processing using numerical control machine tools (turning, milling, boring, grinding of diameters and shoulders), replacement of bearings, change of stator / rotor windings, brake reset, brush replacement, etc.
Each motor is tested on the bench, simulating the conditions of use even under load, in order to deliver to the customer a product that is certainly functional and reliable.
During this phase we use state-of-the-art equipment (PVM Heidenhain, Risatti Analyzer) which allows us to effectively evaluate every critical characteristic of the motor (encoder examination, phonic sensors, dynamotachimetric sensors, feedback layers and resolvers, etc.)
